Orlando, Florida — May 27, 2026 — The Training Boss is proud to announce a new agreement with Microsoft to continue delivering advanced technical training, coaching, and content development support for Microsoft employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
This new agreement allows The Training Boss to continue its mission of helping technical professionals master some of today’s most important enterprise technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, Microsoft Fabric, database migrations, Azure Databricks with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, and many other advanced cloud, data, and AI topics.
For the past nine years, I have had the tremendous honor of serving in this technical coaching role through multiple organizations, working closely with Microsoft teams to support the growth and readiness of Cloud Solution Architects, Global Black Belt Specialists, Solution Engineers, and other technical professionals who help customers solve complex business and technology challenges.
Now, I am incredibly excited to resume and expand this work through The Training Boss.
This opportunity represents far more than a contract. It is a continuation of a journey that has been deeply meaningful, professionally rewarding, and personally humbling. Training and coaching Microsoft’s technical teams has always been an honor because these professionals are on the front lines of helping customers understand, adopt, and succeed with rapidly evolving technologies.
The pace of innovation today is extraordinary. AI is transforming the way companies build software, automate workflows, analyze data, modernize legacy systems, and serve their customers. Technologies such as Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and advanced database migration strategies are becoming central to how enterprises modernize and compete.
That makes training more important than ever.
The goal is not simply to teach features. The goal is to help technical teams understand architecture, strategy, implementation patterns, customer scenarios, best practices, pitfalls, and real-world decision-making. That is where deep technical coaching can make a significant difference.
In addition to live training and coaching, The Training Boss also looks forward to supporting content development for Microsoft’s Worldwide Learning team on these critical subjects. Creating high-quality technical content that helps professionals learn, grow, and apply their knowledge effectively is one of the most exciting parts of this next chapter.
I am truly grateful for Microsoft’s continued trust and partnership. I am also grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the development of technical professionals across global regions and to play a small role in helping customers succeed through the power of cloud, data, and AI.
The future is extremely exciting.
The Training Boss is ready, energized, and honored to continue this journey.
